形式

【Prepared Speech】
7分間のプリペアードスピーチをする。8分まで延長可能とするが、減点の対象となる。

【Question&Answer】
ネイティブスピーカーを含む3人のジャッジによる3分間のQ&Aセッションを設ける。

【Reception】
全員のスピーチ終了後は、ジャッジコメントとともにレセプションを行う。
